Your tasks:

•Support in IT support with the processing of user enquiries
•Analysis and solution of technical problems to optimise our IT system landscape
•Participation as a full member in current (in-house) projects
•Contributing to, creating and managing concepts, project documents and presentations
•Supporting the implementation and introduction of database solutions; with appropriate programming skills, ideas can also be incorporated independently (optional)
