• Traitement et gestion des commandes (établissement de devis, de confirmations de commande, de bons de livraison, de factures, d'avoirs, gestion des réclamations)
• Traitement des demandes d'échantillons
• Gestion de la correspondance générale
• Participation à des salons professionnels

Your responsibilities:

• Order processing and fulfilment (preparing quotations, order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices, credit notes, handling customer complaints)
• handling requests for samples
• handling general correspondence
• attending trade fairs

• Processing requests for samples
• Handling general correspondence

Deine Aufgaben:

• Umschlag, Lagerung und Transport von Gütern
• Wareneinlagerung, Warenannahme
• Durchführung Eingangs- und Ausgangskontrolle
• Kommissionierung und Weiterleitung von Waren auf Grundlage von Lieferscheinen und Scannern
• Erfassung von Ein- und Ausgangslieferungen über Lagerverwaltungs-EDV
• Verladung von Waren (Container, LKW)

Your responsibilities:

• Developing applications to improve business processes
• Implementing new tools and further developing existing solutions
• Integrating internal and external systems (e.g. SAP, APIs, data warehouse, legacy systems)
• Analysing requirements in close collaboration with specialist departments
• Iterative development: prototyping, validation and subsequent stabilisation
• Taking responsibility for projects from concept through to live deployment
