Your Responsibilities:

• Internal sales
• Telephone customer service
• Order processing and handling (preparing quotations, order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices, credit notes, complaint handling)
• Processing sample requests
• Handling general correspondence
• Participating in trade fairs
