• Your responsibilities: Ensuring the correct posting and recording of all business transactions in accordance with commercial and tax law
• liquidity planning and the processing of payments
• responsibility for the timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) for the German parent company and other subsidiariespreparation of the consolidated financial statements
• professional support, further development and coordination of staff in accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounting, including receivables management
• Active involvement in the continuous optimisation of accounting processes and their related organisational interfaces
• Responsibility for VAT entries, returns and reporting, including acting as the point of contact for VAT-related matters
• Other Bundesbank returns (Z4 + Z5 + K3 + K4)
• Point of contact for auditors, tax advisers and tax inspectors
• Management responsibility for 3 staff members
• Preparation of analyses and reports, as well as undertaking special task

• Erfassung von Ein- und Ausgangslieferungen über Lagerverwaltungs-EDV
• Verladung von Waren (Container, LKW)

• Implementing new tools and further developing existing solutions
• Integrating internal and external systems (e.g. SAP, APIs, data warehouse, legacy systems)
• Analysing requirements in close collaboration with specialist departments
• Iterative development: prototyping, validation and subsequent stabilisation
• Taking responsibility for projects from concept through to live deployment
